Referral Reward Programme Terms and Conditions

Financial OR Accounting Candidates placed in a permanent job on the following salary as a result of recommendation by the referee will receive the following reward:

  • Salary up to £30,000 = £300 voucher reward
  • Salary between £30,001 to £60,000 = £500 voucher reward
  • Salary of £70,000+ = £700 voucher reward


Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Referrer must already be registered with Touchstone Recruitment in order to be eligible for the referral scheme.
  2. The Referrer must have the permission of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Referrer will indemnify Touchstone Recruitment for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to gain consent of the Referee.
  3. The Referrer can refer as many friends or colleagues to Touchstone Recruitment as they choose.
  4. This reward only applies to permanent roles within the financial and accounting industry.
  5. Touchstone Recruitment must not already have received details of the referee prior to the referral or have the candidate on the Touchstone Recruitment database. 
  6. A voucher (choice of John Lewis, House of Fraser or Amazon) or donation to a charity of the referrers choice, will be arranged once the Referee has been placed in a new role for 12 weeks. After this time, the Referrer can claim their voucher or submit their charity of choice.
  7. The placement must be made within 6 months of the referral being made. Any placement after 6 months will not be eligible for voucher reward.
  8. Although Touchstone Recruitment will do their best to contact the Referrer once they are eligible to receive their voucher, the responsibility remains with the Referrer to contact Touchstone Recruitment to claim their voucher reward.
  9. The referrer will be entitled to a payment of vouchers/cash when the referred candidate is successfully placed by Touchstone Recruitment into a permanent position and they have successfully passed their 3 month probationary period.
  10. Prizes must be awarded within six months of registering. There is no alternative prize and the prize must be redeemed within three months of notification. 
  11. Touchstone Recruitment is not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  12. Eligibility for this offer is at Touchstone Recruitment’s discretion and our decision is final.
  13. This promotion is not open to employees of Touchstone Recruitment.
  14. Touchstone Recruitment reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
