A highly regarded integrated management and professional services company are in search for an established Accounts Semi Senior to work within their Accounts Processing Department within their Central London office.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an accountancy practice and is PART QUALIFIED and currently studying either ACCA/ACA.

The client is and industry leader in providing accountancy services covering tax, accounts preparation and royalty payment examinations for a wide variety of clients in the music, sport and media industries.

Our fast growing accountancy division is currently looking to take on an Accounts Semi Senior, with a minimum of one year's experience of working for an accountancy practice. The successful candidate will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including music, digital, marketing, sports, royalties and literary.

The Accounts Semi Senior will be responsible for:
·Preparing year end and statutory accounts for limited companies and sole traders on CCH as per FRS 102
·Posting year end journals on CCH (prepayments, accruals, depreciation, accrued income, deferred income)
·Clearing line manager's review points
·Liaising with clients regarding their accounts queries
·Assisting and liaising with tax departments on their relevant tax queries
·Preparing quarterly VAT returns
·Assisting and supervising bookkeeping of juniors and trainee accountants on Xero, QBO and Sage.

The Ideal Accounts Semi Senior:
·Previous practice experience is essential
·Experience with accounting packages
·Experience with Xero
·Part way studying to ACCA/ACA accreditation
·Experience in accounts preparation and statutory financial accounts
·Proactive
·High level attention to detail, numeracy and literacy
·Customer service focus
