As a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for
• Matching, batching and coding high volumes of invoices weekly
• Coding and processing staff expenses
• Weekly payment runs
• Preparing remittance advice for suppliers
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Weekly and month end bank reconciliation
• Preparation of commission statements

We would be really interested to speak to you if you have any of the following
• Proficient experience using Sage
• Previous experience working within an office-based environment
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office, with a particular strength in Excel
• Previous experience within an Accounts Department or Purchase Ledger Environment
