Finance Assistant role within an established property management company, easy access to travel links across South West London and in close proximity to Richmond Park.

Our client is an established property management company in London, they have managed properties for over 50 years and currently manage over 9000 properties. They are looking for someone to join their Finance team as a Finance Assistant.

As a Finance Assistant your duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Match invoice statements and purchase orders to invoices.
• Deal with supplier and contractor statement reconciliations and queries.
• Prepare and process journals as requested.
• Produce weekly BACS run and CHAPS payments as required.
• Create and maintain an up to date sales ledger.
• Involvement in preparation for the annual audit.

If you have experience working within a Finance Department as a Finance Assistant, a Purchase Ledger Clerk or within similar roles then we would be very interested in seeing your CV. If you have experience of SUN v6.2 software we would also be very much interested in your CV.

The finance department is based in TW1 so you have the benefit of strong and reliable travel links as well as being in close proximity to Richmond Park and the opportunity to work outside of Central London.
