Our client is a major UK distributor of medical equipment, based in London They work with a variety of hospitals and health clinics around the country. They are looking for an office administrator to join their dynamic and high achieving team to provide assistance in a variety of tasks.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide first point of contact including answering telephone calls, ensuring post and messages reach the correct person.
  • Working within CRM to facilitate the sales and invoicing for the company.
  • Handle all customer related queries received by telephone, email, fax, post, national sales team, distributors or the warehouse.
  • Assist all sales team with queries relating to shipments and orders.
  • Deal with all customer order/invoice queries.
  • File all Debtor & Creditor invoices, update payments spreadsheet, general correspondence filling.
  • Arrange courier collections, post office deliveries
